Our greenery is cut, hand-crafted, carefully packed in wax lined cartons and shipped to your order. We only ship Monday-Wednesday so your fresh Fraser Fir doesn't sit in a warehouse or truck over the weekend.

A few simple tips to keeping them at their loveliest longest...

Trees:

Your tree is already secured in our patented stand. Unpack it as soon as you receive it and fill the stand with water. Check the water level daily and refill as necessary. Lower the thermostat a little in your tree's room and situate it away from sunny windows, radiators and fireplaces. If you use lights on your tree, only turn them on when you are in the room and can enjoy them. (The new LED lights do not generate heat:you can leave them on as long as you'd like. But we recommend turning them off when you leave the house, just like anything else.)

Wreaths, garland and swags:

If you're using these outside, try to use them in a location sheltered from the sun and from Winter's storms. Cold will not bother them, but sun and wind will age them more quickly.

If you're using these inside try to locate them in a cool area away from direct sunlight and heat sources, just like your tree.

An occasional misting with cool water - location permitting - will be beneficial.

Table Pieces :

These are constructed in an Oasis base. Check the water regularly and re-fill when necessary.

Please, never leave candles burning unattended.
